We are three “four-eyed” men who grew up down the street from each other in suburban Saint Paul. 15 years and $1,000 later, we purchased our first system, an all-grain homebrewing setup that has traveled with us ever since. Becoming proficient with our all-grain setup through years of practice crafting pilot batches, we brought our knowledge and aspirations with us to Portland, OR where we translated what we learned from the garage to the brewery.
