Since the beginning of Minnesota’s recent taproom revolution, we have spent excessive amounts of time visiting all of the great breweries our state has to offer (“market research”). The more experiences we drank in, the more opportunities we saw.

Before we were brewers we were three friends who loved hanging out and drinking craft beer. Now that we are brewers we are still three friends who love hanging out and drinking craft beer – so we are creating a space in downtown Saint Paul to do just that. We envision a space cozy enough to read your favorite book, a place for you and your friends to stop by before and after an outing in Lowertown, or simply a skyway-connected stop to grab a Crowler before you head home for the day.

While we won’t have a kitchen, as Minnesota’s first skyway-connected brewery, there are a lot of great food options near us that can be brought or delivered into the taproom. We also plan on carrying light snacks, and we have a private area outside the taproom for a food truck to park.
